Cancellation Policy
📆 Booking Requirements All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is due at booking to lock in your spot. No payment = no appointment. ⏰ Rescheduling & Cancellations Need to reschedule? No problem — just give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable. No-shows = no reschedules. 🛑 💸 Payment Policy All bookings are non-refundable. If you miss your session or cancel late, the payment will not be transferred or credited unless you’ve rescheduled properly within the policy window. 🕐 Late Policy Don’t be fashionably late! After 10 minutes, your time is reduced. After 15 minutes, the session is marked as a no-show. You’ll need to rebook and repay. 📲 Communication & Follow-Up These are one-time sessions unless otherwise stated. Follow-ups or extra support will require a new booking. Only VIP packages or specified services include extended support. 💳 Credits & Promotions Some sessions may include credit toward future services (excluding print work). Must be redeemed within 30 days. No cash value. No transfers. 🚫 No Tolerance Zone We run on respect and professionalism. Repeated late shows, no-shows, or policy violations may result in being blocked from future bookings. Let’s keep it classy. 🦁 🚫 Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will result in a $50 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before rebooking. 🔁 Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed once per session, with at least 24 hours' notice. Anything after that will be treated as a cancellation with a fee applied. ⚠️ Important Note: All fees must be paid before any new bookings will be accepted.
