What if I didn’t submit my logo info during checkout?You have 24 hours from your order time to submit your logo inspiration, color palette, and font choices. ⛔ Failure to submit within 24 hours = risk of project termination with NO REFUND. 🚫 No drafts will be started until all your info is submitted. 📪 No emails or updates will be sent until your first draft is delivered. 📝 Once your revision is sent, you may respond with feedback or request another round.

What happens after I purchase a logo design?Confirmation Email: After checkout, you’ll receive an automatic email with your order number. What’s included in the logo package?You’ll receive the following files to build a bold and consistent brand: PNG (Standard) Use for: websites, social media, marketing — supports transparency for clean overlays. Can I post or use my draft design before it’s paid for?bsolutely not. All drafts, mockups, and previews are the intellectual property of Lionz Den. Unauthorized use = penalties: Client misuse: $150 Each third-party misuse: $150 We reserve the right to revoke access and pursue legal action if necessary.

Who’s responsible for typos or grammar issues?You are. We’re not spellcheckers for content you submit. Review your wording before sending. Mistakes = revision fees.

What if I disappear during the project?After 45 days of no communication = $300 Restart Fee After 90 days = No refunds Project terminated completely We love grace, but we protect our calendar for clients who show up.

What happens if I don’t pay my invoice on time?Over 24 hours = 20% surcharge Card on file? It gets charged 120+ days = Invoice canceled + sent to collections Canceled invoice = 25% of total still owed Don’t request an invoice unless you’re ready to pay. Period.
