During our operating hours, our team is dedicated to providing top-quality advertising and marketing services to our valued clients. Please keep in mind that unless we have agreed upon it beforehand, Lionz Den, Inc. does not offer refunds. This means that if you experience buyer's remorse or decide to go with a different company, you will not be eligible for a refund. Upon receiving payment, we will begin working on your project according to the timeline you have provided. However, we advise you to allow enough time for the project to be completed as it may require revisions or may be a period of high demand. Previous work may also take longer than expected. We will provide a reasonable timeframe for completion, but during busy times, we may require an extra business day. If you wish to cancel any services that have already been rendered and paid for, you may do so at any time. However, we will not refund payments for work that has already been completed or is in the queue, as we will have already lost business opportunities.

At Lionz Den, Inc., we require full payment before starting any project. We offer alternative payment options such as Afterpay.

Standard 7-10 Business Days $0.00 Rush 2-4 Business Days $50.00 Same-Day or Less: $100.00 Lionz Den, Inc. acknowledges that the delivery date does not affect the agreement. However, there may be instances where turnaround times could be prolonged or delayed due to personal or business emergencies, illnesses, theft, computer/tech issues, acts of God, global emergencies, or other crises. Finalized artwork files will not be delivered until the balance is paid off.

Yes! You have full ownership of your logo, or any other design service provided. Logo files are provided in png, jpg, pdf formats. LIONZ DEN, INC retains the layered .psd Photoshop file or .ai Adobe Illustrator. If needed, the .psd file to your project can be purchased - inquire via email.

​For logos, I provide three initial logo designs. If any revisions are needed, you receive three free revisions. For any other service, I provide one design proof, and three free revisions. If any revisions are needed after that, there is a $50 fee per each additional revision.
