A Lionz Den representative will not contact you after you submit your order or during the design creation process unless they have questions or concerns about your order. You are more than welcome to reach out via email, but please do not expect a response until the designs are complete.

Refunds are generally not provided, unless agreed upon otherwise. If you are having second thoughts about your purchase or have decided to go with another company, you are not eligible for a refund. Upon receipt of payment, the project will commence as per the client's provided timeline. For these reasons, it is recommended to allow sufficient time for project completion, as revisions may be necessary, there may be a high volume of orders, and previous work may take longer than expected. I typically provide a realistic timeframe, but during peak periods, I may require an additional business day. Any services that have been provided and paid for can be cancelled at any time for any reason. However, Lionz Den, Inc. will not refund payments for work that has already been completed or is in progress, in order to compensate for the loss of business.

If in the event a client is documented slandering or harassing Lionz Den or any extension of Lionz Den such as the owner; Denzel Starks with untrue statements falsehoods or any similar acts of harassment toward the company, its employees, and/or work that is produced after placing an order it will activate the kill clause in the agreement. The kill clause is equal to the amount of the initial deposit or payment made and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The order is auto terminated and all designs created will remain the property of Lionz Den. Use of work done in connection with the project and without our consent and/or continued harassment from the client could result in additional fees or legal action.

In order to complete a project, all information requested by the client must be submitted on time. If you cause a delay on your end, the completion date of the project will be impacted. Clients should keep the lines of communication open, and if a prolonged period of information gathering is needed, the matter should be discussed during regular check-ins. We acknowledge that life happens, and unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we just ask that you let us know as soon as possible!

In the event of no communication for 45+ days, a restart fee of $200 will apply. You will not be refunded once the project has expired after three months. The entire project will end!

In the same way, Marketing Is The New Black values your time, we ask you to value ours as well. Ghosting some of your projects and coming back to them without notice several months later causes a major disruption in our schedule. There is no fairness to customers who come prepared and ready with information. You can be sure that this policy will be enforced.

• LOGO
  • You must provide the logo in a .png (transparent) file. 

• COLORS
  • Websites are designed using the same colors used in your logo or branding materials

• IMAGES
  • We do not use stock photos. You must have professional photos taken by a photographer. iPhone images are not accepted.

• PRODUCTS
  • If your site consists of selling products, please be sure to send the products, product images, and pricing of products typed out in either the Word document. 

• FAQs/POLICIES
  • Please send me any policies such as Return Policies, Shipping Policies, FAQ’S etc. This is an important section for your customers.

Please make sure to carefully review all text submitted for your project before sending it to us.
