All logos get to have 4 revisions done if need be by request from the client. Turn around time on revisions vary depending on the nature of the change! If you need additional changes made after the first four revision request have been done each additional one thereafter is $45 and this must be paid prior to any additional changes being made. PSD/AI FILES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE RELEASED.

*NOTE* IF REVISION REQUIRE FOR THE ARTWORK TO BE RE DRAWN, REVISION FEE IS INCREASED TO $100 (Illustration Logos and maybe some freestye and image based logos )  

A Marketing Is The New Black representative will NOT contact you following the submission of your order or during the design creation process unless they have questions or concerns regarding your order. You are more then welcome to reach out via email but please do not await a response once you have ordered until the designs are complete.

Once orders are placed, There are no refunds. Orders go in a queue and are assigned to one of Marketing Is The New Black's design experts.

 

Marketing Is The New Black does not provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon. Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company instead is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made to Marketing Is The New Black, the project will begin in the time frame given to the client. If for any reason you want to cancel a service already rendered or paid for, that is your choice. However, due to work produced or in a queue, payments already received by Marketing Is The New Black will not be refunded to offset the loss of business. If partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel, the partial or full payment that has been paid will not be refunded. Ownership of all artwork, layouts, and development will remain the property of Marketing Is The New Black, and the remaining work will not be sent to the client for their purchase. If the project is in its final stage, ownership will be transferred to the client after full payment is received.

If in the event a client is documented slandering or harassing Marketing Is The New Black or any extension of MITNB such as the owner; Denzel Starks with untrue statements falsehoods or any similar acts of harassment toward the company, its employees, and/or work that is produced after placing an order it will activate the kill clause in the agreement. The kill clause is equal to the amount of the initial deposit or payment made and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The order is auto terminated and all designs created will remain the property of Marketing Is The New Black. Use of work done in connection with the project and without our consent and/or continued harassment from the client could result in additional fees or legal action.

In order to complete a project, all information requested by the client must be submitted on time. If you cause a delay on your end, the completion date of the project will be impacted. Clients should keep the lines of communication open, and if a prolonged period of information gathering is needed, the matter should be discussed during regular check-ins. We acknowledge that life happens, and unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we just ask that you let us know as soon as possible!

In the event of no communication for 45+ days, a restart fee of $200 will apply. You will not be refunded once the project has expired after three months. The entire project will end!

In the same way, Marketing Is The New Black values your time, we ask you to value ours as well. Ghosting some of your projects and coming back to them without notice several months later causes a major disruption in our schedule. There is no fairness to customers who come prepared and ready with information. You can be sure that this policy will be enforced.
