After you place your order, a Lionz Den rep will NOT reach out during the design process unless we have questions or concerns about your submission.

⏳ But please don’t expect a response until your design is complete.

We’re in the Den working our creative magic — trust the process.

All projects require FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT before we unleash the creative beast.
No payment = No project. Period.

🛍️ Need Flexibility?
We offer Afterpay & Klarna — but here’s the catch:
These options are not available on the website.
📧 You must email support to request. Payments are handled through our back office only.

📩 Only request an invoice when you're ready to pay in full.
We don’t do holding patterns or maybe-laters.

📦 Booking multiple services?
Bundle them upfront to avoid itemized late fees later.
Because nobody likes surprise charges.

Lionz Den operates in excellence — and we protect our name, team, and craft at all costs.

If a client is documented slandering, harassing, or making false statements about Lionz Den, its affiliates, or its owner Denzel Starks, it will immediately activate the Kill Clause in our agreement.

Here’s what that means:

• 🛑 Your project is automatically terminated.

• 💸 No refunds will be issued. The Kill Clause = forfeiture of your full payment or deposit.

• 🎨 All designs remain the sole property of Lionz Den. You may NOT use them without written consent.

🚨 Continued harassment or unauthorized use of our work may result in additional fees and/or legal action.

We don’t just design — we defend our craft.

To complete your project, we need ALL requested information submitted on time.
Delays on your end = delays in your deadline.

We believe in open, respectful communication. So if you need extra time, just let us know during our regular check-ins — we get that life happens.

But here’s where the claws come out:

🚨 No communication for 45 days or more?
You’ll be charged a $200 restart fee — no exceptions.

⏳ After 3 months of no activity or communication, your project will be terminated with NO REFUND. Period.

This policy exists because disappearing disrupts the flow — and it’s unfair to other clients who are ready, prepared, and locked in.

At Lionz Den, we’re committed to crafting high-quality, visually striking designs that bring your vision to life.

However —
📌 We are NOT responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors in the content you provide.

Before submitting your content:
✅ Double-check your spelling, grammar, and phrasing.
✅ Make sure it’s exactly how you want it to appear.

Once we plug it into your design, it’s locked in.
Corrections after the fact may result in additional revision fees.

Once you've locked in your order, here’s what’s next:

✅ Submission Checklist:

• All info must be typed out and prepared before purchasing
  (🚫 No screenshots — they will not be accepted.)

• High-quality images only
  The better the image, the bolder the flyer. Period.

⚠️ Important:
The project timeline does NOT begin until all required content is submitted via email.

At Lionz Den, we believe in protecting your brand and our craft. Here’s how we do it:

🔐 Ownership

Once your final files are delivered, you own them fully. Use them however you’d like.

📸 Portfolio Use

We may showcase your project in our portfolio or marketing—unless you opt for an NDA.

🤐 NDA Options

Want to keep your project private? Choose:

• $299/year or

• $1,500 one-time lifetime NDA

Lifetime NDA projects go into the Lionz Den Archives, sealed and protected forever.

📂 Reopening Private Projects

Need to access a sealed project?

• $99 reactivation fee

• Once reopened, the NDA is void

• To keep it private again, a new NDA is required

🚫 No Draft Sharing

We get the excitement, but please don’t post drafts without permission. Wait until final approval.
